About the Role

This role is a unique opportunity to lead B2B SaaS marketing initiatives and drive measurable growth for clients. As the primary ABM Senior Strategist, you’ll own the client relationship and manage all project deliverables from strategy to execution.

You’ll be focusing in:

  • Developing and presenting tailored ABM strategies informed by industry insights.
  • Overseeing execution of campaigns and outbound tactics, while jumping in handson when needed.
  • Consulting directly with clients to align marketing strategies with growth goals.
  • Managing sales enablement tools and integrating event strategies into ABM plans.
  • Leading and coordinating teams to ensure flawless deployment and measurable outcomes.
    • Success in this role requires strategic foresight, datadriven decision making, and the ability to balance leadership with execution.


      Responsabilities

      Strategic Planning & Analysis

      • Conduct indepth initial assessments for each new client, including a thorough review of their specific industry, current market maturity, and competitive landscape.
      • Develop comprehensive market sizing analyses, including TAM, SAM, and SOM, to inform strategic targeting and growth potential.
      • Formulate and present a tailored macrolevel ABM strategy for each client, outlining key objectives, target segments, and overarching approach before tactical planning.
      • Lead the refinement of Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and key Personas in collaboration with clients, incorporating industryspecific insights.
        • Campaign Execution & Optimization

          • Develop and own the comprehensive ABM tactical plan for diverse B2B SaaS clients, including channel mix (email, LinkedIn), messaging, and execution roadmap tailored to industry nuances and client objectives.
          • Lead the development of compelling content for ABM campaigns (e.g., email sequences, LinkedIn messages, sales collateral) by guiding internal or clientside content creators to ensure resonance with target personas.
          • Identify the most effective marketing messages, channels, and calls to action through rigorous AB testing.
          • Conceptualize and implement event strategies (virtual and inperson) as an integrated part of clients’ ABM efforts.
          • Analyze campaign performance across all channels, providing clients with actionable insights and datadriven recommendations for optimization.
          • Define, track, and report on key ABM metrics and campaign ROI to both clients and internal stakeholders.
          • Strategize, and when necessary, set up and manage sales enablement tools (e.g., Outreach.io, Apollo, Lemlist) and email sender infrastructure for clients.
            • Client & Project Management

              • Directly manage ABM client projects, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout each engagement.
              • Partner closely with clients’ sales teams to ensure strong marketing and sales alignment while developing growth strategies for highvalue accounts.
              • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on all strategic ABM, outbound, and sales enablement matters.
              • Report to this company’s leadership (Manager of ABM & CMOs) on client strategy, success, and overall program health.
                • Team Leadership & Management

                  • Effectively prioritize team efforts and ensure all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
                  • Lead, mentor, and coordinate a team of ABM Specialists, guiding them toward success.



                    • Requirements

                      • 3–5+ years of handson experience in B2B demand generation, with a strong focus on AccountBased Marketing (ABM) and outbound marketing (email & LinkedIn).
                      • Proven track record in developing and executing ABM strategies that drive measurable client growth, including market analysis and macrostrategy development.
                      • Deep understanding of various B2B industries with the ability to tailor ABM strategies and content to specific sectors.
                      • Demonstrated experience leading clientfacing projects and managing stakeholder relationships and expectations.
                      • Skilled in guiding content creation for ABM campaigns.
                      • Expertise in data analysis, market research (including TAMSAMSOM), segmentation, and using insights to inform strategy and optimize campaigns.
                      • Experience with listbuilding strategies, data procurement, and quality assurance for targeted outreach.
                      • Strong understanding of sales enablement principles and experience setting up tools like Outreach.io, Apollo, Lemlist, or similar platforms.
                      • Experience developing and integrating event strategies into broader ABM campaigns.
                      • Proficient in outbound marketing tactics and associated quality assurance methodologies.
                      • Advanced knowledge of Google Spreadsheets (or Excel) — including formulas, data manipulation, and pivot tables for reporting and analysis.
                      • Ability to create AI prompts for marketing tasks and familiarity with implementing AI scripts or tools to improve efficiency (a plus).
                      • Experienced with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms.
                      • Highly organized with excellent project and client management capabilities, able to handle projects directly with clients.
                      • Demonstrated ability to handle both strategic planning (market assessments) and tactical execution (campaign management).
                      • Quick to learn, strategically agile, and adaptable in dynamic, clientfacing environments.
                      • Meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to delivering highquality strategic work.
                      • Skilled in efficient online research for market insights, competitive analysis, industry trends, and list enrichment.
                      • Committed to adding strategic value at every stage of the process, project, or task.
                      • Exceptional communication, presentation, and consultation skills with the ability to explain complex strategies clearly and persuasively.
                      • Takes ownership and accountability for strategic decisions and campaign outcomes, proactively addressing challenges.
                      • Proficient in executive reporting, capable of presenting strategic insights and performance updates to senior client stakeholders (including CMOs) using data and clear communication.
