Our Client:

Our client is a full-service digital marketing agency that helps both established brands and fast-growing startups expand their online presence.They combine expertise across three core areas: Connections (paid search, social, streaming, and audio), Commerce (Amazon DSP, retail media, SEO, and product optimization), and Creative (brand strategy, content creation, scalable production, and web development). The team drives growth for brands by executing data-driven campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, Amazon, TikTok, and more.

What you will do: 


You’ll work across a diverse range of clients to develop and execute compelling copy strategies and brand voices across various digital platforms. You’re a strong storyteller and clear communicator, capable of both generating original ideas and collaborating closely with others to bring concepts to life. We’re looking for someone who is deeply passionate about social media, stays ahead of trends, and understands the nuances of web and commerce channels, particularly platforms like Amazon. You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment where getting things done with excellence is the standard.

Responsibilities:

  • Creative concepting, copywriting in a variety of styles and mediums across multiple clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute concepts for websites, retailers, social media and other digital channels
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of brand guidelines for clients
  • Work closely with clients to understand their brand, goals, and design preferences
  • Take ownership of copy from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
  • Present and articulate concepts and work to clients, incorporating feedback and revisions as necessary
  • Create and present decks (pitches, creative reviews) for client and internal review
  • Manage creative delivery schedules both yours, and with your peers
  • Managing and organizing assets and deliverables
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, audiences, category and competitor trends
  • Use performance data to refine copy and messaging

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in copywriting, content creation, or brand storytelling within a creative or marketing environment
  • Proven ability to craft compelling copy across a variety of styles, formats, and digital platforms (web, social media, e-commerce, retail, etc.)
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including design, strategy, and account management
  • Confident presenting ideas to both internal teams and clients, with the ability to take and apply feedback constructively
  • Proactive in using data and performance metrics to inform and refine messaging
  • Up-to-date on content trends, audience behavior, and digital marketing best practices
  • Advanced English level (C1/C2).
  • Bonus: Experience with e-commerce platforms like Amazon and performance-driven content optimization

Benefits

  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday (CST hours)
  • Salary: 2,500 USD Monthly
  • Location: 100% remote, open to candidates based in LATAM
