As a Program Manager, primarily supporting our Enterprise business, you will play a critical role in executing the strategy for our Earned Wage Access products. You will be responsible for managing the endtoend delivery of programs related to our core business – ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with our business objectives – as well as partnering with our central Strategy & Operations group on companylevel initiatives. Your experience in dependency and risk management, weekly reporting to & relationshipbuilding with key business stakeholders, and ability to drive accountability of product development at pace will be key to your success in this role and to the shared success of our Program Management Office.
Program Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of both business unitspecific programs, as well as occasional companylevel strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs
Program Management: Oversee multiple projects across our core business unit, managing timelines, resources, and risks to deliver highquality outcomes, as well as maintaining close partnership with integral crossfunctional partners to deliver
Crossfunctional Collaboration: Collaborate with product management, engineering, design, product marketing, client success, and customer support teams to ensure seamless program execution and alignment
Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal (R&D, BSLs, Legal, Finance, etc) and possibly external stakeholders (partners or regulatory bodies) to ensure program success and compliance
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness
DataDriven Decision Making: Partner with R&D and the Analytics teams to utilize data & reporting to monitor program performance once in market and make informed decisions to drive strategic planning prioritization. This is informed by clear, communicated success criteria and launch plans.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Technology, or a related field is preferred; MBA or advanced degree is an added bonus
Minimum of 3 years of program management experience, ideally in fintech, payroll, or related industries
Experience in driving businesslevel strategic projects is a plus
Proven ability to work alongside crossfunctional teams in product delivery cycle, manage complex projects with unique stakeholder needs, and help to continue organizational adoption of PMO’s newer ‘Best Practices’ toolkit
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences. This ranges from status meetings held by program, to program health communication to leadership across the organization
The ability to bridge the gap between technical and nontechnical stakeholders in your explanation of initiatives & delivery details – knowing your audience and tailoring your updates accordingly
Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Lean, Agile) as well as strong comfortability with JIRA and similar technical tooling systems.
