Sr. Program Manager

We are seeking a resultsdriven Program Manager to oversee a portfolio of technical projects, ensuring the delivery of innovative technology and products. The Manager will set program goals and milestones aligned with strategic objectives, manage delivery across the full software development lifecycle, and guide operational best practices. The role involves driving team performance and excellence in collaboration with business, data, and product stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic roadmap for tech initiatives
• Manage project schedules, risks, and stakeholder communication
• Coordinate crossfunctionally with engineering, operations, and product teams and ensure alignment
• Maintain release and dependency plans
• Conduct planning sessions and scrums
• Identify, manage, and escalate risks and issues in product development
• Track project progress, update timelines, and maintain documentation

• Experience & Skills:

  • Project management methodologies
  • Focus on execution, accountability, and results
  • Exceptional crossteam collaboration across functions and organizations
  • Develop milestone plans aligned to company objectives

  • Qualifications:

    • Experience in project coordination, operations, or related
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Comfortable using basic project management skills (e.g., MS Project)
    • Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams
    • Detailoriented with a proactive approach to problemsolving

      • This role has a marketcompetitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of the following range: $92,000 $120,000. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a salesbased incentive or performancebased bonus.
