We’re looking for a Customer Success Specialist to be the driving force behind exceptional client experiences—from onboarding to renewal.

In this fulltime, fully remote role, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring every deliverable is executed smoothly, on schedule, and with maximum impact. You’ll coordinate logistics, communicate updates, manage automation workflows, and keep both clients and internal teams aligned and engaged.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead structured client onboarding through kickoff calls and milestone planning

  • Manage project timelines, deliverable coordination, and approval workflows

  • Use automation tools (e.g. Zapier or Make) to streamline operations and reduce manual tasks

  • Serve as a proactive communicator, keeping clients informed and engaged throughout

  • Track and interpret performance metrics to help clients understand impact and guide improvements

  • Identify and resolve any delivery issues to maintain smooth operations

  • Support renewal conversations by consistently delivering value and a standout experience

    • What You Bring
      • 3+ years of experience in customer success, client services, or account management—ideally in media, SaaS, or techenabled services

      • Handson expertise with automation tools like Zapier or Make

      • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including experience leading Zoom calls

      • High comfort level with project management, CRMs, and digital collaboration tools

      • A calm, detailoriented, and proactive mindset

      • Bonus: Knowledge of B2B content marketing or media workflows
