Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional support to Italianspeaking customers, focusing on building longterm relationships and enhancing customer loyalty.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding their accounts, product usage, and rewards programs.
  • Proactively reach out to customers to provide updates, resolve issues, and gather feedback on their experiences.
  • Educate clients about loyalty programs and incentivize their continued engagement with the brand.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
  • Analyze customer feedback and loyalty metrics to propose improvements in service delivery and customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback within the CRM system for tracking purposes.

      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on enhancing customer relationships.
