In this vital role, you will assist our Italianspeaking customers in navigating our marketplace, providing them with the support and information they need to make informed decisions.


Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for Italianspeaking customers, offering assistance and support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Help customers navigate the marketplace, answer questions about products, pricing, and order status.
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions thoroughly in our CRM system for tracking and analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve the customer experience based on feedback and insights.
  • Stay informed about marketplace updates, product launches, and promotions to provide relevant information to customers.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings, contributing ideas for improving service delivery.
    • Requirements

      • Fluency in Italian and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
      • Experience in customer service or related roles is highly desirable.
      • Excellent problemsolving abilities with a strong customercentric approach.
      • Comfortable with using CRM software and other tools for efficient customer service.
      • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
      • A proactive attitude and ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment.
      • Team player with a positive attitude toward enhancing the customer service experience.
