This position is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about ecommerce and are fluent in Italian. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless online shopping experience for our Italianspeaking customers, addressing their needs and inquiries with expertise and care.


Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding support to Italianspeaking customers through email, chat, and phone inquiries.
  • Assist customers with questions about product information, order status, returns, and payment processes.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Stay informed about the latest product updates, promotions, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to improve customer experience and service delivery.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective tracking and followup.
    • Requirements

      • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
      • Previous experience in customer support or ecommerce roles is highly desirable.
      • Strong interest in ecommerce and knowledge of online shopping trends.
      • Excellent communication skills with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
      • Familiarity with customer service software and CRM applications.
      • Ability to work independently and manage inquiries in a fastpaced environment.
