Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer support to Norwegianspeaking clients through email, chat, and phone communications.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to product details, order processing, returns, and payment methods.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Accurately manage and process customer orders from start to finish.
  • Stay current on product offerings, promotions, and company procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to enhance the overall customer service experience.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions in the CRM system for accurate followup.
    • Requirements

      • Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
      • Prior experience in customer service or ecommerce roles is advantageous.
      • Strong enthusiasm for ecommerce and awareness of online shopping trends.
      • Exceptional communication skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
      • Experience with customer support applications and CRM systems is a plus.
      • Ability to work independently and manage inquiries in a fastpaced setting.
      • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with an eye for detail.
