What You Will Do:

  • Contacting submitted leads to confirm their interest
  • Forwarding qualified inquiries to the appropriate retailer
  • Accurately update and categorize leads in the system
  • Securely work with customers’ sensitive information
  • Apply the latest and greatest customer happiness practices
  • Maintain working knowledge of our client’s products and services
    • What you need to succeed in this role:

      • Fluent German and English (C1 written and spoken for both languages is a must)
      • Previous experience in Customer Service or Marketing
      • Handson experience communicating with and following up on leads
      • Attentive to details
      • Strong administrative and organizational skills
      • Positive and responsible attitude
      • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
