Your mission

As a (Senior) Growth Marketing Manager Business Partnerships, you’ll take full ownership of our partner ecosystem. Whether business or tech collaborations – you create and scale strategic partnerships that drive measurable customer acquisition. From first contact to comarketing, you lead, negotiate, activate, and turn partnerships into growth engines.


Heres how youll make an impact:

  • Own and scale our partner ecosystem – build highimpact business & tech partnerships that bring in qualified leads and new customers

  • Lead the full lifecycle – from outreach and dealmaking to activation, enablement, and longterm success

  • Shape our partner strategy – develop and evolve a performancedriven partner program aligned with company goals

  • Drive joint marketing – plan and execute campaigns with partners across channels (landing pages, email, content, cobranded initiatives)

  • Collaborate crossfunctionally – align closely with marketing teams, product, and content to amplify results

  • Leverage AI tools to optimize targeting, campaign outcomes, and reporting


    • Your qualification

      • Proven experience in partner management or business development with clear growth results – ideally in SaaS or digital business

      • Strong B2B marketing knowhow – you know how to build campaigns with and through partners

      • Confident communicator, strong negotiator, and relationship builder

      • KPI and performancedriven – you turn data into decisions

      • Fluent in German (native level) and English (C1+)

      • You live in Germany
