As a Integration Specialist you will manage projects related to the acquisition of claims, scheduling, and clinical data from Aledade’s partner practices and their respective electronic health record (EHR) andor practice management systems. In doing so, you’ll engage with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely execution of interfaces from planning and discovery through connectivity and data delivery.
We are flexible with respect to geographic location, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotelywork from home within the U.S. or from our office in Bethesda, MD, Durham, NC or Austin, TX.
Primary Duties:
Managing the execution of multiple healthcare integrations projects’ lifecycle simultaneously in accordance with Aledade’s data specifications and service level agreements to integrate with Practice Management or EHR system which processes are defined as:
Act as technical resource of the integration projects
Ability to offer process improvement on integrations processes
Collaborate with the Implementation Specialist to inform customers on resolution of any interface related update, fix or implementation to ensure satisfactory outcome for the customer
Coordinate the regular testing of data received from vendors prior to deploying to production branch, and provide evaluations in order to improve the process
Escalate project barriers to implementation leadership and ACO leadership as needed
Timely documentation of project activities in Jira to support management reporting and stakeholder communication
Managing vendor relationships that foster ongoing collaboration and communication in support of Aledade’s growth and need to scale:
Documenting process steps for vendors for use by other team members
Own and execute tasks that are part of a project in an initiative with supervision and direction from the initiative owner.
Minimum Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in managing integration projects
Experience working with health data integration using HL7 (SIU), HIPAA X12 837, andor CCDA
Experience working with toptier ambulatory electronic health record (EHR)
Experience in managing vendors relationship
Preferred KSAs:
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
Experience with performing system testing (unit testing andor user acceptance testing)
Jira, Salesforce experience
Experience with connectivity concepts, including SFTP, VPN
