Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is excited to announce an opportunity for an Italian Speaking B2B Integration Specialist. In this pivotal role, you will work directly with Italianspeaking clients to facilitate seamless B2B integrations and enhance their operational efficiency. Your expertise will play a key role in helping businesses leverage technology for improved collaboration and performance.


Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Italianspeaking clients regarding B2B integrations and technology solutions.
  • Analyze client requirements to design and implement effective integration strategies that meet their business needs.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure successful integration of software applications between B2B partners.
  • Provide training and support to clients during and after the integration process, ensuring they maximize the use of the implemented solutions.
  • Monitor integration performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise postimplementation.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of integration processes, project progress, and client interactions.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve service offerings.
    • Requirements

      • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
      • Previous experience in B2B integrations or related IT consultancy roles is highly desirable.
      • Strong understanding of integration tools, methodologies, and APIs.
      • Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
      • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring strong relationships with clients.
      • Knowledge of software solutions and technologies relevant to B2B environments.
      • Ability to work effectively in a remote setting, demonstrating selfmotivation and strong organizational skills.
