  • Job Title: Technical Recruiter (Entry Level)
  • Location: Remote

    • Job Summary:

      As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying toptier technical talent for our organization. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in a professional environment.


      Responsibilities:

      1. Delivery: Must be able to consistently delivery strong candidates to our open requisitions
      2. Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing strategies to identify and attract potential candidates with technical backgrounds primarily Software Engineers.
      3. ATS Management: Leverage the Applicant Tracking System to efficiently manage candidate pipelines, track sourcing efforts, and maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress.
      4. LinkedIn Recruiter and Monster: Leverage these platforms effectively to identify, connect with, and engage candidates. Utilize advanced search techniques and filters to identify candidates with the right skill sets and experience.
      5. Email Blasting: Design and execute targeted email campaigns to reach out to potential candidates, promoting job opportunities and highlighting the companys strengths and culture.
      6. Candidate Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, nurturing them through the recruitment process, and effectively communicating the companys values and opportunities.
      7. Collaborative Partnership: Work closely with Production team to align on the type of candidates needed.

        1. Requirements:

          1. Proven Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a professional environment
          2. Must be able to confidently and professionally read and write in English
          3. Platform Proficiency: Extensive experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, and email blasting tools combined with experience managing an ATS.
          4. Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to achieve shared goals.



            1. Salary:

              $15hr + Bonus
