Position Summary:
We are seeking a qualifiedregistered accountantsto support our Australian NDISregistered provider business. This role requires expertise inXero, financial compliance, and strategic reporting. The successful candidate will manage financial records, generate operational insights, and support our leadership team with forecasting and decisionmaking tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage bookkeeping usingXero, including accounts payablereceivable, reconciliations, and payroll input.
Classify transactions aligned toNDIS support categoriesand maintain lineitem compliance with NDIS Pricing Arrangements.
Track and reconcile participant income from NDIA, planmanagers, and selfmanaged clients.
Support accurate and timely invoicing, with attention to NDIS service bookings and remittance.
Preparemonthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportsincluding cash flow summaries, profitloss statements, and performance metrics.
Deliverbudget forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modelling to support operational planning and growth.
Monitor utilisation of participant funding across Core, Capacity Building, and Capital budgets.
Support NDIS audit readiness and assist with reporting obligations under theNDIS Practice Standards.
Collaborate with Australian accountants and internal staff to ensure financial accuracy and regulatory alignment.
Essential Requirements:
Registered CPA or licensed accountant
Prior experience working with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
Demonstrated experience supporting Australian businesses with financial reporting and compliance.
Advanced proficiency inXero, ExcelGoogle Sheets, and financial dashboards.
Solid understanding of Australian accounting standards, GST, BAS, and Fair Work payroll principles.
Strong analytical and communication skills with a solutionsfocused mindset.
High level of discretion, accuracy, and autonomy inmanagingfinancial systems.
