This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm EST with 1 hour of unpaid break

      Job Description

      Take ownership of the topoffunnel sales process in a highimpact role where your efforts directly fuel company growth across multiple client accounts. As an SDR for this technologyforward organization, you’ll master the art of lead generation and qualification while working with diverse products and services across different industries. This position offers exceptional learning opportunities as you’ll become proficient in selling multiple solutions, from technology development to comprehensive growth services. With the company’s experienced closing team handling deal completion, you’ll focus on what you do best identifying and qualifying prospects. As the business expands, there’s strong potential to evolve into a hybrid SDRAccount Manager role, providing a clear advancement pathway.

      Responsibilities
      • Execute comprehensive cold calling and email outreach campaigns to generate qualified leads across multiple client accounts
      • Maintain detailed CRM records and activity tracking to ensure seamless handoffs to the closing team
      • Book highquality meetings with qualified prospects for the experienced sales closing team
      • Master and effectively communicate value propositions for diverse products and services across different industries
      • Collaborate closely with the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Growth Officer on strategic sales initiatives
      • Integrate seamlessly with company communication systems including Slack for realtime team coordination
      • Focus exclusively on topoffunnel activities while supporting overall sales pipeline development
      • Adapt to potential hybrid SDRAccount Manager responsibilities as the company scales and grows
        • Requirements
          • Minimum 34 years of proven B2B sales development experience with measurable results
          • Demonstrated success in appointment setting and cold calling within the US market
          • Strong proficiency with CRM systems, with HubSpot experience highly preferred
          • Excellent English communication skills with clear, professional phone presence
          • Proven ability to quickly learn and effectively sell multiple products or services simultaneously
          • Experience thriving in remote, international team environments with minimal supervision
          • Selfmotivated professional with strong independent work capabilities and resultsdriven mindset
