Job Description

The Organizational Change Manager Consulting Services is responsible for overseeing and driving the successful execution of organizational change management strategies across an organization. The OCM LeadChange Manager will be a part of the Consulting Services team. This role involves leading and coordinating the change management team, guiding senior leadership, and ensuring that largescale changes are effectively implemented with minimal disruption. The Organizational Change Manager will design, manage, execute and evaluate the change process to ensure smooth transitions, maximize employee adoption, and achieve organizational objectives.

        • Qualifications
          • Bachelor’s degree in business, organizational development, human resources, or a related field.
          • Master’s degree is highly desirable.
          • Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP or equivalent)
          • Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in organizational change management, organizational development, or project management, with at least 23 years in a leadership role.
          • Extensive experience in leading largescale organizational change initiatives
          • Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, etc.) and their application in realworld scenarios
          • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
          • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.
            • Languages: All candidates Change Management candidates must be fluent in English and proficient in at least ONE of the following languages based on the region: Hindi, Spanish, German, Italian, French, Mandarin, Korean, Japanese (written and spoken proficiency is required).
