Job Summary

The Senior Sales Manager for NAPA Tools & Equipment leads and drives sales performance for the tools and equipment product category. This role is accountable for both direct sales results and the successful management and development of the sales team. The position requires strategic thinking, leadership capabilities, and a customercentric approach to expand market share and maximize revenue.

Position Performance Measures:

  • Achievement of sales targets and revenue goals for Tools & Equipment
  • Growth and development of sales team
  • Customer satisfaction and key account retention
  • Effective collaboration with marketing, product management, and other internal teams
  • Contribution to overall business strategy and execution for Tools & Equipment segment
    • Responsibilities

      • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
      • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals to drive performance and professional growth
      • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic accounts
      • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges
      • Collaborate crossfunctionally to align sales initiatives, product launches, and customer service delivery
      • Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes
      • Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff, fostering a highperforming inclusive culture
