Proactively reach out to target accounts using email, phone, and social channels
Qualify inbound and outbound leads, booking discovery calls with decisionmakers
Use AIpowered sales tools to craft personalized, highimpact messaging
Work alongside sales and marketing to refine outreach strategies and target profiles
1–3 years of outbound sales or BDR experience in a B2B environment
Strong prospecting skills and a consistent track record of hitting KPIs
Experience using modern sales tools (Gong, Apollo, ChatGPT, etc.)
Clear, persuasive communication and a consultative approach
U.S. time zone availability for team collaboration and outreach
