Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced individual to be our very first Product Marketing leader!

Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer (CPO), you will own the endtoend strategy for messaging, positioning, and gotomarket execution for our flagship Type 2 Diabetes and Healthy Weight programs. This is a highimpact, crossfunctional role that sits at the intersection of Marketing, Analytics, Product Management, and Sales & Client Success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Intelligence: Own competitive intelligence and market research. Work with Marketing, Analytics, and Commercial to translate clinical outcomes, product features, and differentiators into clear, impactful value propositions.
  • Sales Enablement: Craft compelling product narratives that resonate with prospects and clients across employers, brokers, and health plans. Enable sales and client success teams with personas, battlecards, case study selections, and playbooks.
  • GotoMarket Strategy: Partner with Marketing, Analytics, Product Management, and Sales & Client Success to lead gotomarket planning and execution for new product launches, features, and campaigns.
  • Strategy & Leadership: Serve as a thought partner to the Product and Growth leadership teams. Use market and client insights to shape roadmap prioritization and longterm positioning.
    • Qualifications

      • Experience: 7–10 years in B2B2C product or partner marketing, ideally within digital health, health plans, or benefits platforms

        • Compensation and Benefits

          The compensation range for this position is $200,000K$230,000 annually.
