About the Role
Neo4j is looking for a detailoriented, creative, and proactive Content Marketing Associate to help us elevate and streamline our content marketing operations. You’ll play a key role in editing and publishing highimpact content, managing our blog and content staging for launches, and partnering crossfunctionally with Brand and Product teams to ensure quality and consistency across channels.

Key Responsibilities - Content Editing & QA: Edit and refine content for clarity, consistency, grammar, and brand voice across blog posts, web content, emails, and other marketing materials.

- WordPress Publishing: Stage and publish content in WordPress—particularly during key launches and campaigns—ensuring formatting, links, and SEO best practices are in place.

- Blog & Homepage Management: Maintain the Neo4j blog and homepage experience, ensuring content is current, strategic, and aligned with business priorities.

- Editorial Calendar Management: Help manage editorial calendars, content inventories, and workflows to keep projects on track.

- Asana Management: Maintain and organize the content marketing team’s Asana projects by triaging requests, creating tasks and subtasks, adding metadata, collaborating with peers on timelines, and keeping everything up to date.

- Visual Asset Coordination: Work with the Brand team to ensure visual assets are accessible, uptodate, and integrated effectively into content.

- CrossTeam Collaboration: Partner with the Product Marketing, Brand, and Developer Relations teams to ensure messaging accuracy and alignment.

- Content Research & Development: Research, write, and edit engaging, dynamic content tailored to Neo4j’s audiences and owned channels.

- Performance Awareness: Assist with basic analytics tracking and performance reporting to inform content strategy and prioritization.
