Be the reason our partners thrive in the cloud.

As our Cloud Development Representative (CDR), you’ll be the first hello to future Pax8 Partners—helping them launch and grow their cloud business with confidence and clarity. You’ll guide them from curious newcomers to transacting pros, all while fueling your own sales career in a highenergy, supportive environment.

📣 Important Note: To be considered, you must have at least 1 year of experience in a Sales Development or Business Development role at a SaaS company. No exceptions—we need someone who knows the rhythms of SaaS sales and can hit the ground running.


🌤️ Every day, you will:
  • Chat with MSPs looking to join our Pax8 Cloud Marketplace—and show them why they’ll love it here.

  • Qualify leads, build Partner roadmaps, and showcase the power of our platform through personalized demos.

  • Help new Partners get off the ground—onboarding them, setting up their systems, and supporting them through their first transaction.

  • Connect them with education through Pax8 Academy and upcoming events.

  • Coordinate with Channel Account Managers (CAMs) for a smooth handoff after the first win—or continue to nurture and grow the account yourself.


    • ✅ To thrive in this role, you must:
      • Have 1+ year of experience in a Sales Development or Business Development role within a SaaS company—this is nonnegotiable.

      • Be fearless when it comes to picking up the phone—cold calls and warm leads are both your jam.

      • Know how to manage a sales cycle from interest to first purchase.

      • Bring a passion for solving real business challenges with cloud tech.

      • Rock at relationshipbuilding, problemsolving, and managing time like a boss.

      • Be ready to learn the ins and outs of cloud products (Security, Infrastructure, Productivity, and more).
