  • Prospect, qualify, and close demand-side accounts, mainly Directors of Nursing or Administrators.
  • Develop deep understanding of local nursing home markets and build relationships with decision-makers.
  • Create growth strategies, test new tactics, and report insights to the team.

About the Role
We’re hiring a Territory Account Executive to grow Clipboard Health’s footprint. You’ll be the face of Clipboard in your territory, visiting prospective customers, generating relationships with decisionmakers, and showing them how we solve their hardest staffing problems.

You’ll be our boots on the ground in a market. You’re expected to deeply understand the local nursing home landscape and own the customer relationships you develop. You’ll move fast, run experiments, and report back insights to the broader team to help us scale what works. This is a rare opportunity to not just sell, but shape how we grow.
