Job description

Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is excited to announce an opening for an Italian Speaking Support Center Analyst. This role involves providing vital support to our clients and users, ensuring that their inquiries and issues are resolved efficiently. As a Support Center Analyst, you will work closely with both customers and internal teams to facilitate an exceptional service experience.


Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Italianspeaking clients, addressing inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve various technical and productrelated issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Record and document all customer interactions and resolutions in the support ticketing system.
  • Provide training and guidance to clients on product features and usage.
  • Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex issues and improve support processes.
  • Monitor ticket statuses and follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution.
  • Stay informed about new products, updates, and industry trends to enhance service delivery.
    • Requirements

      • Fluency in Italian and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
      • Experience in a customer support or IT support role is an advantage.
      • Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving skills to assist clients effectively.
      • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fastpaced environment.
      • Proficient in using support ticketing systems and CRM software.
      • Strong customer service orientation and ability to work collaboratively with teams.
      • A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
