    • What you need to succeed in this role:

      • Excellent Ukrainian skills and English B2
      • At least 2 years of experience in customer or technical support role within fintech industry
      • Personal or professional experience with trading, investments or crypto
      • Experience with CRM systems
      • Analytical and research skills
      • Positive and responsible attitude
      • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
