Sales Development Representative

The Role: Sales Development Representative

As a Sales Development Representative, youll play a crucial role in identifying NHS teams who could benefit from the platform. Youll manage outbound outreach, book qualified meetings, and help drive the growth of a product thats making a real difference in peoples lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research NHS organisations and stakeholders
  • Build and execute multichannel outreach campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn)
  • Book qualified discovery calls and product demos
  • Log outreach activity and manage your sales pipeline in HubSpot
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to support targeted campaigns
  • Take part in team standups, sprints, and coaching sessions to continuously improve
    • About You

      • 12 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation
      • Excellent written communication and attention to detail
      • Confident and energetic on the phone, with a proactive mindset
      • Selfmotivated, persistent, and eager to hit targets
      • Degree educated
      • Bonus: experience with the UK public sector or NHS
      • Bonus: familiarity with HubSpot or sales outreach tools
