  • Manage executive schedules and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Facilitate communication between executives and stakeholders, including drafting correspondence.
  • Organize files, conduct research, and support project planning and execution.
  • Perform general administrative tasks and provide proactive support to the team.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong written and spoken English skills.
  • 1.5 + years proven experience in personalexecutive assistant.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational abilities and discretion.
  • Experience with Canva tools is preferred.
  • Ability to work across a variety of different tasks in a fast paced environment.
  • Capacity to carry out ad hoc admin tasks independently and efficiently.
    • Core responsibilities:

      • Manage executive schedules, prioritize communications, and handle travel arrangements.
      • Facilitate communication between executives and stakeholders, drafting and proofreading correspondence.
      • Organize files, conduct research, and maintain confidentiality of information.
      • Assist in project planning and execution, coordinating logistics and tracking timelines.
      • Cultivate strong relationships with team members and clients, providing proactive support.
      • Assist with general admin tasks for the business.
