About the Role

We are seeking a Partner Marketing Manager who will play a key role in driving Office Ally’s partnership strategy and leading the execution of impactful gotomarket initiatives through strategic channel partnerships. This position is ideal for someone passionate about building and nurturing partner relationships, developing joint marketing programs, and driving measurable success. You will be a crucial member of our marketing team, collaborating with sales, product, and crossfunctional teams to deliver innovative partnerfocused content and campaigns that amplify our market presence.

This role will be remote, bonus points for sitting in the Utah area.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead Partner Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute strategic partner marketing campaigns that align with company objectives, driving results through comarketing initiatives and integrated gotomarket plans.

      • Drive CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work closely with the partner management, sales, and product teams to create partnerspecific messaging, value propositions, and enablement materials that empower partners to sell and promote our solutions effectively.

          • Build and Manage Programs: Lead the development and execution of partner marketing programs, including cobranded content, webinars, trade show collaborations, and partner portal management.

              • Create Impactful Content: Design and create partner marketing assets such as solution briefs, case studies, presentations, and partnerspecific battlecards that help accelerate partner success and drive deal velocity.

                  • Analyze Partner Performance: Track partner performance metrics, campaign effectiveness, and marketing attribution data to optimize future programs and provide actionable insights to leadership on partner marketing ROI.

                      • Foster Strong Relationships: Maintain regular communication with partners, ensuring they are equipped with the latest resources, updates, and marketing materials to drive mutual success.

                          • Lead Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis within the partner ecosystem to uncover market trends, partnership opportunities, and strategic advantages to leverage in gotomarket initiatives.

                            • Qualifications

                              What You’ll Need

                              • Experience: 57 years in partner marketing, channel marketing, or business development, with a strong track record in B2B technology, healthcare IT, or similar industries. Experience working with healthcare clearinghouses is a plus.

                                  • Strategic Marketing Skills: Proven experience in developing and executing partner marketing strategies that drive pipeline growth, improve partner relationships, and amplify market presence.

                                      • TechSavvy: Deep understanding of partner marketing automation tools, CRM systems, content management systems, and analytics tools.

                                          • Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work crossfunctionally and influence key stakeholders.

                                              • Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to analyze partner performance and marketing metrics to drive decisionmaking and optimize campaign effectiveness.

                                                  • Project Management: Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.

                                                      • Certifications: Partner marketing certifications (such as Partner Marketing Alliance), marketing automation platform certifications, or PMP certifications.

                                                          • Experience with Healthcare Partners: Experience working directly with healthcare partners and understanding the dynamics of the healthcare revenue cycle management market.
