Position Overview:
The Change Management Team at Client focuses on impact, driven by creativity, systems thinking and a collaborative work style.
The mission is to empower the people and the Client business by providing a comprehensive portfolio of innovative change management solutions designed to drive business transformation, performance and growth.
As part of the team, will be dedicated to uncovering opportunities and designing and delivering impactful change solutions across the organization.
Will support the integration of new offices onto the Client Agency Management and Client Relationship Management (CRM) platforms as well as ongoing business as usual change efforts for the user community.
In addition, will support organizational transformation and change initiatives across the business.
Responsibilities:
Support the Change Management team in planning and implementing organizational change initiatives.
Assess the impact of organizational and change initiatives on stakeholder groups; execute change management strategies.
Organize and maintain schedules and timelines, status reports, and other change artifacts to successfully drive project completion.
Attend facilitate meeting & reporting cadence with crossfunctional teams to provide timely and accurate updates on key milestones.
Assist in planning coordination of change readiness activities including impact analysis, change readiness, and adoption measurement.
Interact with stakeholders and subject matter experts to evaluate information gathered from multiple sources; reconcile information into change activities.
Support design, development, and delivery of multichannel communications to maximize user adoption and minimize overall risk such that business results are achieved.
Coordinate and execute training and development activities including needs analysis, training approach and schedule, logistical requirements, content development, delivery, and evaluation.
Foster an environment of continuous improvement through evaluation of training programs; participate in lessons learned to identify opportunities to improve.

Bachelors degree, required.
3+ years of consulting experience or other relevant experience related to successful coordination of work in the disciplines of change management, communication planning, user training, organizational readiness, and or user adoption with midtolarge scale enterprise organizations.
Applied Epic and or Salesforce experience, a plus.
Pay Rate: $30 $38 Hour
