About The Role
As a Senior Demand Generation Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of driving CaptivateIQ’s pipeline engine. You’ll lead the development and execution of fullfunnel campaigns across channels—owning strategy, execution, and results. Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, you’ll partner closely with sales, product marketing, corporate marketing, digital, and marketing ops to turn bold ideas into highimpact programs that generate and accelerate qualified pipeline.
This role is ideal for someone who takes full ownership — strategic and scrappy — with a strong bias to action and the ability to scale programs with both precision and creativity.
Responsibilities
Fully own the strategy, execution, and results of integrated campaigns — from planning and creative direction to multichannel execution and optimization (digital, events, webinars, email, paid media, SEOSEM, partnerships).
Develop and manage quarterly campaign calendars, goals, and forecasts
Build integrated programs that tie together compelling content, intent data, and outbound efforts to influence buyers throughout the funnel
Partner with Product Marketing to translate messaging into campaign narratives and offers
Collaborate with Sales and BDRs to align on outbound strategy, target accounts, and followup workflows
Monitor performance daily and optimize campaigns to improve conversion rates, efficiency, and ROI
Report on pipeline results and share learnings to inform future programs
Experiment and iterate quickly—bringing new formats, ideas, and channels to the table
Requirements
4–6+ years of B2B demand generation experience, ideally in a highgrowth, multiproduct SaaS company
Proven track record of owning pipeline targets and delivering measurable results
Experience supporting segmentspecific GTM strategies (e.g., ENT vs. MM)
Deep knowledge and ownership experience of multichannel campaign execution, segmentation, and attribution
Datadriven mindset with expertise in tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Strong communication skills and a bias for crossfunctional collaboration
Creative and adaptable — knows when to follow proven playbooks and when to invent new ones
Comfortable rolling up your sleeves and making things happen
Familiarity with AI tools to improve marketing efficiency, personalization, or campaign experimentation
