Job description

Threshold Brands is a leading provider of home services across the US and Canada. Our family of brands offers unique services which revive a home’s appearance and value, inside and out. We are seeking a Franchise Development Specialist that will lead the initial qualification process, including organic, paid, and broker leads that hit the top of the potential franchisee lead funnel.  This role will also be responsible for planning and executing Threshold Brands in-person Discovery Days. This is not an end to end full sales lifecycle role.


Your success will result in the ability to act independently, think strategically, build relationships, communicate effectively across a wide range of potentials, and execute with a high level of precision  



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 
 

  • This position works in the Franchise Sales team and reports to the VP of Development.  
  • Drives growth by managing qualified inbound leads
    and through cold calling to generate lead demand.
     
  • Engages with qualified inbound leads to move them through the initial stage of the sales process via various modes of contact. Implement a lead scoring system.  
  • Effectively manage a pipeline with multiple contacts for 10 brands. 
  • Meet metrics including daily cold calling targets, incorporation of defined discovery questions, call performance objectives, and monthly quotas 
  • Champion franchisee referral program  
  • Continue tech stack integration to drive automation; be on bleeding edge of how to harness AI for top-of-funnel leads activity.  
  • Sales Force data maintenance post deal signing, including monitoring of sales team use of the tool throughout the lifecycle of a deal 
  • Ability to speak to the potential partner vetting process/sales lifecycle  
  • Coordinate, plan and execute Threshold Brands Discovery Days 
  • Oversee/maintain competitive benchmarks and industry trends

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS 


 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 
  • Willingness to obtain a Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) certification 
  • Proven track record of franchise sales in a related industry 
  • Ability to nurture a prospect through a sales cycle 
  • Microsoft Office and CRM skills required 
  • Knowledge of mapping software/territory checks a plus 
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and time management skills 
  • Ability to “self-motivate” in a fast paced, high growth environment 
  • Excellent telephone and customer interaction skills 
  • Ability to travel

Compensation$60,000 - $62,500
