We are expanding our operations and seeking to grow our team. We have an opening for a Windows Automation Engineer to assist with our Tools and Automation Team.  

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement automation solutions using Rewst, ConnectWise Automate, PowerShell , and other similar tools related to the MSP industry. 

• Writes, debugs, and maintains source code using best practices as assigned. 

• Collaborates and communicates closely with internal and external teams to provide solutions to infrastructure and software tasks. 

• Become proficient in new technologies in a timely manner as assigned. 

• Builds and releases configuration management deployments for Windows and other systems as assigned. 

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues Windows-related issues in development, test, and production environments. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver automation strategies. 

• Drive continuous improvement by evaluating and adopting new technologies and automation tools. 

Minimum Qualifications:

• Require a bachelor's degree in a related area, or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience), and 3+ years of experience in the field or in a related area. 

• Applicants must demonstrate the potential ability to perform the essential functions of the job as outlined in the position description. 

• Hands-on Rewst development and PowerShell scripting is an absolute must. 

• Microsoft desktop, server, and cloud (M365) troubleshooting experience. 
  

Preferences:

• Proficient in one or more of the following languages: 
  • Python, Jinja, JSON, SQL, JavaScript, YAML, Bash 
• Experience with ConnectWise Automate is a major plus. 

• Familiarity with and leveraging APIs for application integration. 

• Working knowledge of one or more of the following cloud providers: 

• • AWS, Azure and GCP. 

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. 

• Excellent communication skills. Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work with a team. 

• Eagerness to actively engage in professional development opportunities such as certifications, workshops, or conferences to enhance skills and knowledge in cloud and other technologies.
