We have an opening for a Defined ContributionsDefined Benefits (DCDB) Pension Plan Administrator!


We are seeking a detailoriented, dedicated Pension Plan Administrator who wants to delight clients. The ideal candidate will be well organized, selfmotivated and able to manage their own caseload, including deadlines. Administrators are responsible for all aspects of engagement management, including compliance and discrimination testing, distribution and loan processing and regulatory reporting. We are looking for an individual willing to roll up their sleeves and handle any and all tasks related to the engagement.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1+ years Defined Contribution Administration
  • 1+ years Defined Benefit Administration is preferrable
  • Experience with DATAIR or FT Williams is a plus
  • Accounting background is preferrable
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
  • Ability to work on several projects concurrently
  • Ability to multitask with accuracy, dependability, sense of integrity, and selfmotivated
  • Ability to meet deadlines timely
  • Exceptional attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer relations skills
  • Selfstarter, details oriented, motivate and a teamplayer
