Role Overview
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for solving realworld problems and a knack for driving product innovation? Revinate is seeking a Product Manager to join our team and shape the future of hospitality communication.

As a Product Manager at Revinate you’ll lead Reservation Sales innovation. Drive the product strategy and roadmap for our Reservation Sales product, concentrating on developing and enhancing omnichannel solutions that streamline communication and optimize bookings for our customers.

In this role, youll be at the forefront of understanding customer needs, market trends, and emerging technologies like AI to deliver exceptional solutions. Youll work collaboratively with engineering, design, and crossfunctional teams, ensuring our products not only meet but exceed customer expectations.

What Youll Do
  • Own the Product Lifecycle: From identifying market problems through direct customer feedback to launching and optimizing solutions, youll drive the entire product lifecycle with a strong focus on customercentricity and datadriven decisions.
  • Translate Insights into Action: Develop a deep understanding of the hospitality industrys communication needs, telephony trends (SIP, PBX, WebRTC), and AIML integration. Translate these insights into clear, actionable product specifications and user stories for development teams.
  • Drive Adoption & Optimization: Analyze product usage and success metrics to drive adoption and continuously optimize features based on customer feedback and market changes.
  • Collaborate & Influence: Work closely with development teams to ensure timely, highquality delivery. Understand technical impacts and make informed tradeoffs to balance delivery with customer needs. Youll be a key collaborator across internal and external stakeholders, fostering alignment and shared insights.
  • Champion the Customer: Leverage the customer voice to prioritize feature development, distilling technical and functional requirements into key differentiators and benefits for our users.

  • Strong technical background and understanding
  • Strong user experience and product sense
  • Proven track record delivering against project commitments
  • Solid quantitative and analytical skills
  • Excellent oral, presentation, and written communication skills
  • Resourceful, detailoriented, and highly organized problem solver
