Job Description

What You’ll Do

As a Daxko Account Manager, you’ll be the goto partner for a portfolio of customers, helping them get the most value from our solutions. You’ll manage relationships, drive growth within your accounts, and identify new opportunities—all while making a meaningful impact on organizations that improve lives every day.

What youll do:

  • Growing and managing a book of existing accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling, crossselling, and referrals
  • Meeting and exceeding sales goals and KPIs with a focus on both revenue and relationshipbuilding
  • Becoming an expert in Daxko’s solutions to confidently present our value to key stakeholders like Presidents, CFOs, COOs, and CIOs
  • Navigating negotiations that align with both customer goals and Daxko’s growth strategy
  • Proactively reaching out to clients and prospects via calls, emails, and video meetings
  • Conducting engaging product demos and presentations
  • Collaborating with internal teams to drive client satisfaction and strategic outcomes
  • Maintaining accurate and timely data in Salesforce and other sales tools
  • Staying ahead of market trends and providing valuable insights back to our product and marketing teams

        • Requirements:

          • 3+ years of B2B sales experience with a track record of hitting or exceeding quotas
          • Experience managing customer accounts, including renewals and expansion
          • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
          • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
          • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
            • Bonus Points for:

              • 5+ years of sales experience in SaaS or technology
              • Experience in the health and wellness industry
                • Location Preference

                  While this role may offer some flexibility, we strongly prefer candidates located in or near Birmingham, AL or Chicago, IL, to collaborate more closely with our teams and customers in these regions.

                  Additional Information

                  The ontarget earnings (OTE) for this role is $94,700 $147,000 per year. Where you fall within the pay range is based on how you demonstrate the attributes and competencies required for the role. We mostly reserve the upper half of our compensation bands for internal growth. In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, performancebased incentives, and opportunities for growth.
