This is a remote position.
Make outbound cold calls to leads on a daily basis
Qualify prospects and schedule appointments or close deals
Handle objections and rejection professionally and confidently
Maintain accurate call notes and outcomes in the CRM
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
Maintain consistent followup communication with leads
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales or appointment setting
Cold calling experience is required
Fluent in English (American or neutral accent preferred)
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Confident, comfortable, and natural on the phone
Resilient and resultsdriven mindset
Techsavvy and organized, with basic CRM proficiency
Quiet home work environment and reliable internet connection
Available to work fulltime during U.S. Central Time hours
