Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and improve Workday HCM technology solutions aligned with organizational needs.
  • Lead a team of Workday support technicians to ensure efficient issue resolution and support.
  • Partner with HRIT to support standardization, integration, and automation of HR technology platforms.
  • Support the design and implementation of Workday HCM roadmap and initiatives.

The Global Director, HR Business Operations is responsible for the operational management, advancement, and governance of Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) within the organization. They will help build out a team as part of a Shared Services organization creation for the Danaher enterprise. This role ensures effective daily management and continuous improvement of the Workday HCM technology solutions aligned with operational needs. The director will lead a team of professionals and collaborate with various departments to enhance HR processes and systems. This position is part of the Corporate HR Technology Operations organization and will be remote within the United States.
