Location:

Salary Range:
up to 2200 USD

Work Schedule:
Full time, Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST), (minimum 4-hour overlap required)

Position Overview:

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR & Admin Coordinator to support our People Ops and internal admin functions. This hybrid role will focus on employee onboarding/offboarding, access coordination, light benefits logistics, and employee engagement support. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth employee experiences and day-to-day team operations in a distributed, remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding through HR platforms (e.g., TriNet, Multiplier).
  • Collect and manage documentation (I-9s, W-2s, ID verification).
  • Coordinate the setup of email, phones, Ramp cards, and tool access for new hires.
  • Revoke access during offboarding using checklists and coordination with Cloud IT (occasionally).
  • Route HR-related questions to the appropriate vendors or TriNet support.
  • Track key team milestones (e.g., birthdays, 90-day check-ins).
  • Coordinate swag, small gifts, and team travel logistics (as needed).
  • Support annual company conference planning (approximately 40 attendees - occasional responsibility).
  • Assist with benefits open enrollment communications and scheduling.
  • Respond to light admin issues (e.g., unemployment letters, Ramp card access).
  • Maintain and continuously improve onboarding and offboarding documentation and checklists.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in HR coordination, administrative operations, or people support.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication.
  • Prior experience supporting a remote U.S.-based team.
  • Ability to work with at least 4 hours of overlap in U.S. Eastern Time.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with Ramp corporate card platform.
  • Experience coordinating logistics for team events or corporate gatherings.
