Key responsibilities:

  • Manage post-sale digital campaigns across podcasts, social media, and digital platforms.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful program execution and client satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary client contact for post-sale programs, communicating timelines and deliverables.
  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare comprehensive reports to optimize results and support client renewals.
