Overview

We are seeking an experienced Order to Cash (O2C) Lead to join our Financial Systems team and serve as the primary functional expert and solution owner for O2C workflows in Oracle Cloud ERP. This handson individual contributor will lead solution design and delivery across the O2C lifecycle, including Oracle Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing Platform, HighRadius (CollectionsCredit) and Customer Data Management (CDM Oracle).

The Finance Systems and Solutions (FINSS) team owns the endtoend lifecycle, governance, and evolution of technology systems that enables Finance across Instacart. We align deeply with Finance leadership to ensure that systems serve not just as tools, but as strategic enablers of insight, control, and growth.

About the Role

This role requires close collaboration with upstream product teams, FinanceAccounting, Engineering, and IT to enable scalable, compliant, and efficient invoicing, collections, and revenuerelated processes. The ideal candidate will also bring an understanding of Fusion Accounting Hub (FAH), given the critical role it plays in capturing external system O2C data for financial reporting.

This position offers high visibility and impact across enterprise transformation programs, billing and revenue accounting, and compliance workflows. It is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex process challenges, designing futurestate solutions, and delivering business value through system innovation.

This role will play a pivotal role in our ongoing digital transformation programs across product to Cash Cycles. This will include hands on leadership in the endtoend system integration efforts between Salesforce, Billing System, Oracle and other O2C tools

About the Job

O2C Solution Design & Delivery

Lead endtoend design, configuration, and delivery of O2C system capabilities, including Oracle AR, Billing Platform, Collections, Credit, and CDM.

Ensure O2C workflows are designed with both upstream and downstream dependencies in mind to support accurate accounting and reconciliation (e.g., FAH integration).

Translate business needs into scalable, compliant system solutions across invoicing, payment processing, dunning, and credit workflows.

Serve as the functional DRI on O2C initiatives, partnering with project managers and crossfunctional teams through discovery, build, and sustainment.

CrossFunctional Collaboration

Partner with Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Operations, and IT to ensure coordinated delivery across the O2C ecosystem.

Build and maintain trusted stakeholder relationships, helping to shape the roadmap and identify enhancement opportunities.

Translate functional requirements into clear, actionable system designs, serving as a bridge between business and technical teams.

Process Optimization & Compliance

Identify opportunities to streamline and automate O2C processes, including invoicing, customer onboarding, credit reviews, and payment application.

Ensure alignment with SOX, internal controls, and audit requirements across all O2C systems and workflows.

Maintain clear documentation of current and futurestate workflows and key configuration decisions to support readiness and auditability.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement

Stay up to date with Oracle Cloud quarterly releases and emerging O2C features, proactively identifying enhancements.

Contribute to a culture of innovation by sharing leading practices, leading enablement sessions, lunchandlearns, training documentation for various audiences, and promoting team experimentation.

Actively explore and prototype AI and automation use cases—from dunning automation to intelligent exception handling—using internal tools like Gumloop, Ava, and others.

Evangelize an AIfirst mindset by leading internal experimentation, sharing results, and championing AI adoption in daytoday work across the systems and business teams.

Team Development and Leadership

Mentor junior team members and peers, fostering a highperforming, collaborative culture within the systems team.

Guide the development of complex O2Crelated solutions and provide structured feedback and coaching on analytical and technical growth areas.

Promote knowledgesharing and accountability while supporting alignment with strategic team goals.

Security and Controls

Contribute to Oracle security and role design discussions specific to the O2C landscape, ensuring adherence to leastprivilege principles.

Collaborate with Compliance and Audit partners to ensure all solutions are built with strong governance and control requirements in mind.

About You

Minimum Qualifications

Deep functional expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP O2C modules including Customer Data Management (CDM), with working experience across Billing Platform and HighRadius.

Familiarity with Fusion Accounting Hub (FAH) and how O2C subledger data could be consumed from external systems.

At least four fullcycle O2C implementations, including solution design, testing, deployment, and support.

Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to optimize O2C processes from both a systems and business perspective.

Experience managing O2C system enhancements in fastpaced, crossfunctional environments.

Strong understanding of the broader Oracle ecosystem, including integration points between O2C and other modules or applications.

Preferred Qualifications

Oracle Financials Cloud: Receivables 2024 Certified Implementation Professional Certification

Experience integrating Salesforce, Billing andor Revenue platforms with Oracle ERP

Background working in agile or hybrid delivery models

Exposure to AI or automation initiatives within financial systems.
