Senior Product Manager

Basic Qualifications

• Experience building 01 products and delivering exceptional user experiences
• Experience shipping web applications or userfacing applications
• Experience working with crossfunctional stakeholders across the organization
• Ability to execute with minimal guidance
• Strong datadriven analytical skills to back up assumptions and recommendations

• Preferred Qualifications

  • 6+ years experience
  • 4+ years experience in product management
  • Comfortable in ambiguous situations and dynamic environments and understand what fastgrowing startups entail for PMs
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS environment

    • Compensation Range: The annual base salary range for this position is $189,000 $252,000*. Compensation will vary based on factors including skill level, proficiencies, transferable knowledge, and experience. In addition to base salary, Batons fulltime employees are eligible for an annual performance bonus.
