Qualifications:

Minimum of 4 years' experience underwriting deals in commercial real estate., Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Finance, or Property Management., Strong analytical and critical thinking skills., Ability to communicate complex information effectively..

Key responsibilities:

Conduct credit underwriting for new loan origination activities.

Collaborate with Client Management, Asset Management, and Debt Products teams.

Engage with external parties such as Syndications and Capital Markets.

Ensure accuracy and compliance in loan approval documents.
