To set you up for success, we provide a solid foundation with a guaranteed starting salary of $45,000, paid weekly. And heres the exciting part: your performance can elevate that salary in as little as four months, climbing as high as $85,000!

    • A Day in the Life:

      • You’ll start by learning & applying our sales process as you set appointments for senior reps to run and close deals
      • Once fully ramped, you’re in control of the full sales process from start to finish: providing a consultative sales approach with prospective businesses through outbound cold calls, 7080 calls per day on average
      • Possessing a “hunter mentality”, you’ll overcome objections confidently and present the perfect digital marketingSaaS solutions tailored to a business owners specific needs with the goal of securing their business as a valued Olly Olly client (the role is 100% coldcalling; zero account management)
      • Foster continuous learning by actively participating in daily team meetings and weekly trainings to refine your craft so you can continue to exceed personal, team, and organizational goals
        • Qualifications:

          • At least 1 year of sales experience preferred
          • Bachelors Degree preferred
          • An ability to adapt and align to our sales processes & scripting, and being coachable to get better at your craft
          • Being accountable over yourself and your peers, such as being on time, sticking to process, and bringing your best every day
