This position is REMOTE and can be located anywhere in the United States. Some travel may be required 25% or more.

Join our Sales & Market Development as our new Business Development Specialist Data Centers, Mission Critical Facilities and work with us to close the gap to a sustainable future.

Your new role

As our new Business Development Specialist Data Centers, Mission Critical Facilities, you will play a key role in developing and implementing growth strategies to expand EYP Mission Critical Facilities expertise, footprint, and profitability in Data Centers and Critical Facilities while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

Job Description

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Generate new business and maintain current accounts within the Mission Critical Data Center (Colocation, Build to Suit, Hyperscale) and Enterprise markets.
  • Tap into established networks and contacts within Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) backgrounds to identify new business prospects
  • Engage in sales calls with key players in data center colocation, enterprise, and hyperscaler sectors to introduce missioncritical construction services.
  • Create proposals, presentations, and briefings.
  • Participate in trade shows and conferences to showcase and promote the companys designbuild services.
  • Foster positive connections with current business partners to drive additional opportunities

      You will be part of Sales & Market Development, Ramboll is seeking a Business Development Specialist for their Global Mission Critical Engineering division (EYP Mission Critical Facilities, Part of Ramboll). Specializing in critical facilities strategy, MEP design, and Commissioning.       • 10+ years BDsales experience with minimum 3+ data center industry
      • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related subject.
      • Existing network relationships with Enterprise, Colocation, and Hyperscale clients.
      • Active participation and relationships with localnational data center organizations (7x24, iMasons, AFCOM, etc.)
      • Experience in Clevel interactionpartnering and a proven track record of managing and closing profitable deals.
      • Strong organizational, communication, and reporting skills.
