Role Overview

As Director of Partnerships at Culture Amp, you will lead the development and growth of our global partnerships ecosystem. In this strategic and handson role, you’ll shape the overall strategy, build scalable processes, and cultivate highimpact partner relationships to fuel our next phase of growth. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you’ll play a key role in evolving our partnerships program to ensure it’s positioned for longterm success.

Your remit will actively span multiple partnership types including global system integrators (SIs), consultancies, professional services firms, and independent software vendors (ISVs) unlocking new routes to market, accelerating revenue growth, and strengthening Culture Amp’s position as the preferred platform for organisational transformation.

You’ll start by focusing on direct execution, influence, and delivery. As the program grows and proves its impact, youll have the opportunity to build and lead a global partnerships team.
