Were looking for an innovative Senior Marketing Manager to lead our CommunityLed Programs, with a particular focus on leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) to significantly scale their impact and reach.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of community engagement at HubSpot. Youll be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing programs that empower our passionate community members, customers and partners to connect, learn, and grow together, all while exploring and implementing cuttingedge AI solutions to amplify our efforts.

In this role, you will:

• Execute strategies for scaling HubSpots community programs, driven by community members and enhanced by AI. This includes identifying opportunities for AI to enhance efficiency, personalization, and reach across various initiatives, always ensuring the communitys voice is central.
• Facilitate Peer Connections: Explore and implement AIpowered solutions to help customers connect and meet up on their own schedules, fostering organic networking and knowledge sharing among community members themselves.
• Grow HubSpot User Groups (HUGs): Drive growth of our global HubSpot User Groups program, empowering HUG chapters and leaders to shape their own communities with a focus on connection and customer value. Assist in identifying how AI can support these community leaders and their chapters, personalize content for members, and streamline operations.
• Incubate New Programs: Assist with ideation, development, and launch of new, innovative programs that are truly communityled, always with an eye towards how AI can accelerate their impact and ensure they meet the needs of our community members.
• Measure & Optimize: track performance and use datadriven insights to continuously optimize program effectiveness and demonstrate ROI, always with an understanding of what success looks like from the communitys perspective.
• Collaborate CrossFunctionally: Partner closely with customer success, marketing, product, and other teams to ensure seamless integration of community initiatives across the customer journey.
• Champion the Community: Act as a passionate advocate for the HubSpot community internally and externally, fostering a culture of customercentricity and empowering community members to lead and shape their experiences.

• We are looking for someone who has:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing or customer success, with a strong focus on community building, program management, or similar roles, with a proven track record of supporting and empowering community leadership.
  • Demonstrated experience or a strong understanding of how to leverage AI and machine learning to solve business challenges, particularly in marketing and community engagement, while also prioritizing AI ethics, efficiency, and scalability in a way that respects and enhances communityled initiatives.
  • Proven track record of scaling successful programs from ideation to execution, with a focus on fostering selforganizing and communitydriven efforts.
  • Exceptional problemsolving skills, with the ability to identify new opportunities and translate them into actionable plans that empower community members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of an organization, especially when working with and advocating for community leaders.
  • A passion for community building and empowering customers to take ownership of their communities.
  • Experience with HubSpots products and ecosystem is a plus.

  • Bonus skills:

    • Experience working at a SaaS company.

      Pay & Benefits

      The cash compensation below includes base salary, ontarget commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are tailored to your skills, experience, qualifications, and other jobrelated reasons.
