The Impact You'll Make

Summary

We are seeking a Benefit Analyst to join our team. This professional will work in the AskHR Services area reporting to the Sr Manager of Compensation and Benefits for the Americas overseeing US employee benefits administration and operation of Danfoss’ US benefit programs covering approximately 5,000 US employees.  

 

The Benefit Specialist will assist with administration of all Danfoss US benefit offerings including retirement and 401(k) programs, health care programs (Medical, Dental, Vision) and welfare programs (Life, Disability, Voluntary Benefits).        

What You’ll Be Doing

 Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

 

  • 3rd party benefit provider payment processing
  • Benefit reconciliation audits
  • Assist with benefit related communications including annual enrollment, wellness, quarterly benefit newsletters, etc.
  • Support of shared HR services in assisting with employee, HR and leadership benefit service requests tickets
  • Other duties as assigned

 

What We're Looking For

Required (basic) qualifications

  • 2+ years health, welfare Benefits, leave of absence and retirement benefits administration
  • 2+ year Degree in Related Field
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • 2+ years of Experience using HRIS and Benefits Administration Platfor

    Preferred qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree or associate’s degree in human resources, Accounting, Business Administration or a Related Field
