About the Role
Attentive is seeking a Sr. Sales Development Manager to lead our US Enterprise team. You’ll help define and execute the outbound strategy, partnering closely with crossfunctional stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations.

You’ll coach and develop a team of ambitious and highperforming Sales Development Representatives focused on our US enterprise segment. This is a highimpact opportunity to build pipeline at scale, impact the development of nextgeneration sales talent, and allow us to scale effectively in a highgrowth, highspeed organization.

What youll accomplish:
  • Manage a team of highperforming Sales Development Representatives, equipping them with the resources, coaching, and support they need to drive strong business results
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize SDR processes for outbound prospecting that will drive more revenue to the company and align with Attentive’s gotomarket motion
  • Leverage data and performance metrics to monitor team productivity, drive accountability, and continuously improve results
  • Build and maintain relationships with crossfunctional peers to drive business outcomes for Attentive
  • Hire, onboard, and develop and retain top SDR talent, supporting career progression through individualized development plans

  • Your expertise:
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Development or SaaS sales, with a consistent track record of top performance
  • At least 3 years of management experience
  • Familiarity with Gong.io, Outreach, Salesforce, Sales Navigator
  • Proven track record in creating, delivering, and training successfully with measurable results in multiproduct environments
  • Strong ability to summarize and communicate complex ideas into curriculum with a strong sense of how sales professionals think, operate and absorb training
  • Passion for coaching and educating others
  • Strong process and analytical skills to identify inefficiencies and create improvements

    For US based applicants:
    The US base salary range for this fulltime position is $112,000 $140,000 annually + commission + equity + benefits
    Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location
