Introduction: We're currently seeking an Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Specialist to provide exceptional support to the team and Action1 clients.

What you’ll do:

· Issue subscription/usage invoices, post cash, reconcile the AR sub-ledger, and drive soft-touch collections.

· Perform three-way PO matching, code/enter vendor invoices (multi-currency), route approvals, and run weekly ACH/wire/card payments.

· Prepare AR/AP reconciliations and accruals for month-end, support annual financial audits and document internal controls.

· Partner with Sales Ops on quote-to-cash questions. .

Requirements

What we're looking for:

· 1–2 years’ hands-on AP/AR ownership (SaaS or technology startup a plus).

· Solid ERP/accounting-system skills (QuickBooks, NetSuite, Dynamics, etc.) and advanced Excel fluency.

· Familiarity with subscription billing, basic revenue-recognition principles, and multi-currency transactions.

· Meticulous attention to detail, ability to prioritize in a fully remote, asynchronous environment, and confidence when communicating with vendors, customers, auditors, and senior leaders.

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business—or demonstrably equivalent experience —would be a plus.
