Description

Summary: The Partner Marketing Manager will play a critical role in driving Office Allys partnership strategy and gotomarket execution through strategic channel partnerships. This person will be responsible for developing and executing marketing programs that strengthen partner relationships, generate pipeline through partner channels, and amplify our market presence through collaborative marketing initiatives. They will work closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to create partnerfocused content, campaigns, and enablement materials that drive mutual success. The ideal candidate will have experience in partner marketing, channel management, and collaborative gotomarket strategies within the Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management market or similar B2B technology sectors.

Essential Duties:

1. Develops and executes comprehensive partner marketing strategies that align with company objectives and drive measurable results through channel partnerships, including comarketing campaigns, joint value propositions, and integrated gotomarket plans.

2. Manages partner marketing programs from conception to execution, including partner onboarding materials, cobranded content development, joint webinars, trade show collaborations, and partner portal management.

3. Collaborates with partner management and sales teams to identify highvalue partnership opportunities, develop partnerspecific messaging and positioning, and create enablement materials that empower partners to effectively sell our solutions.

4. Creates and maintains partner marketing assets including partner kits, cobranded collateral, case studies, competitive differentiation materials, and sales tools that support partner success and accelerate deal velocity.

5. Analyzes partner performance metrics and marketing attribution data to optimize campaigns, identify growth opportunities, and provide actionable insights to leadership on partner marketing ROI and effectiveness.

6. Coordinates crossfunctional partner initiatives by working closely with product marketing, demand generation, and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and seamless execution of partnerfocused campaigns and programs.

7. Manages partner communications including regular updates, program announcements, marketing calendar coordination, and feedback collection to maintain strong relationships and drive continuous improvement.

8. Conducts competitive analysis within the partner ecosystem to identify market trends, partnership opportunities, and strategic positioning advantages that can be leveraged for mutual benefit.

Other Job Duties

· Develops partner marketing content such as solution briefs, integration guides, joint case studies, cobranded presentations, webinar materials, and partnerspecific battlecards as needed.

· Collaborates with the Partner Management team to understand partner needs, train them on our solutions and value propositions, develop comarketing materials, and support their sales efforts.

· Assesses the effectiveness of partner marketing programs on an ongoing basis, tracking key metrics such as partner engagement, lead generation, and revenue attribution, and reports back to leadership on required optimizations.

· Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.

· Respectfully takes direction from the Vice President of Marketing.

Education & Experience

Bachelors degree from college or technical school and 5 to 7 years related experience andor training or equivalent combination of education and experience working in Partner Marketing, Channel Marketing, Business Development, or Marketing roles in B2B technology, Healthcare IT, or similar industries. Strong preference given for prior experience working with healthcare Clearinghouses.

Certificates, Licenses andor Registrations

Partner marketing certifications (such as Partner Marketing Alliance), marketing automation platform certifications, or PMP certifications preferred.

Travel Requirement

This position requires occasional (up to 20% of the position) travel and may include overnights for partner events, trade shows, and partner meetings.

Language Skills

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, partners, and the general public.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Computer Skills

Has advanced specialized computer skills that require mastery of applicable software in such fields as marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, partner portal management, content management systems, analytics tools, and presentation software.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
